I paid for a full month, I wanted to extend the download rate, I paid again in addition but it doesn't work so I requested a PayPal refund for that, but I did pay for a full month classic with my credit card and didn't ask for a refund for that , I don't understand why i'm banned???

Please reactivate my account whith my 1 month premium subscription
